Under Implementing Decision (EU) 2024/2599, transitional provisions for fall-protection harmonised standards such as EN 360:2023 and EN 564:2023 expired on 8 October 2026.
As a result, references to the superseded versions are no longer valid. Fall-arrest products must be re-assessed against the new harmonised standards to maintain their presumption of conformity.
